More than 24 hours before pickup

100% refund

Cancel at any point before 24 hours of your pickup time for a full refund, no questions asked.

Less than 24 hours before pickup

No refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable. This policy protects our hosts, who may have turned down other bookings.

Host cancellation

100% refund

If a host cancels your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We'll also help you find an alternative scooter.

How to cancel

To cancel a booking, go to your Dashboard → Bookings, open the relevant booking, and click “Cancel booking”. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
